Service Description
During a magical 3-hour holiday celebration Santa J brings pure enchantment and festive wonder to every corner of the festival. At the grand tree lighting he leads the crowd in a heartwarming carol and sparks the magical countdown that illuminates the town's centerpiece in dazzling brains. As the parade winds through the streets Santa J radiates boundless holiday cheer waving warmly to families and sharing hearty holiday greetings with Mary spectators of all ages. Throughout the town's festival he creates unforgettable moments during interactive meet and greets, listening actively to children's secret Christmas wishes posing for cherished keepsake photos and wrapping the entire gathering in a cozy joyful spirit of love togetherness and yuletide magic. Cancellation Policy
Refund policy: Should it become necessary for client to cancel this booking a cancellation fee will be charged: For cancellations more than 90 days before the event, a refund of the Retainer, less 25% of the total booking fee. For cancellations between 61 and 90 days before, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total booking fee. For cancellations between 14 and 60 days before, the cancellation fee will be 75% of the total booking fee. For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to event, the full amount of the booking fee is due. It is assumed that all events will be indoors, or that arrangements have been made if event is held outdoors, and therefore cancellations due to inclement weather are not accepted. Should any activities at the event venue, create a volatile, or harmful situation that may endanger the talent; or be of a nature unbecoming or negative to traditional Christmas/Holiday activities; or if there is any presence of illegal substances or activities; Edgehill Woodworks and/or Talent has full rights to immediately terminate appearance and leave or remove his person from the venue. Furthermore, the client will still be liable for the full value of the contract.
