Refund Policy - the basics

Should it become necessary for a client to cancel this booking, a cancellation fee will be charged:

• For cancellations made more than 90 days before the event, the retainer will be refunded, less 25% of the total booking fee.

• For cancellations between 21 and 90 days before the event, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total booking fee,

• For cancellations between 14 and 16 days before the event, the cancellation fee will be 75% of the total booking fee.

• For bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the event, the “Full Amount” of the booking fee is due.

When filling out your “Personal Contact Information”, please double check your home/ business address, phone number and e-mail. This information is vital in conducting a smooth “Return Policy.” You should receive your refund minus (cancelation fee) within

a 30 day period.
