• Single Family visits are booked as Premiere 30 minute sessions.

• Corporate, Private Residents or Parties (more than one family is present) are a minimum of "Two-Hour" bookings. 

​

• Special Events, Community Festival's & Tree Lightings are a Minimum of "Three-Hour" bookings. Exceptions are at the discretion of Edgehill Woodworks LLC. For Special Events, performers will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to the appearance unless otherwise stipulated in the contract agreement. If you request our arrival more than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for a walkthrough or rehearsals, additional time will be billed at 50% of the applicable rate, including mileage, based on our rates listed.

 

• Due to the nature of our performer’s traditional outfits, it is necessary that they have periodic breaks and that their performance location be cool and comfortable, we recommend 65 to 70°. A break of 10 minutes after each full hour of work is requested and in no instance, shall any performer be required to work longer than 90 (ninety) minutes without a break.​

 

• For events held indoors or outdoors in warm conditions, the client agrees to provide a fan for the performer and ensure appropriate breaks in accordance with health and safety standards. All events are presumed to be held indoors unless prior arrangement has been made for outdoor conditions. Weather-related cancellations are not permitted where such arrangements have been made.

• Should any activities at the event venue, create a volatile, or harmful situation that may endanger the talent; or be of a nature unbecoming or negative to traditional Christmas/holiday activities; or if there is any presence of illegal activities; Edgehill Woodworks LLC and/or talent has full rights to immediately terminate appearance and leave or remove his person from the venue. Furthermore, the client will still be liable for the full value of the contract.

• All photos taken of our performers, whether by individuals or professional photographers, are assumed to be for private or personal use of the client/s and their guests and may not be used for commercial or promotion use without written permission of the performer and Edgehill Woodworks LLC.
