Bring The magic of Christmas into your home with a personalized Visit from Santa that your family will treasure forever! The experience begins with a joyful arrival filled with holiday cheer followed by special one-on-one chats where Santa connects with each child using unique personal details provided in advance-like their name and favor toy to create a moment of genuine wonder to sum up a magical visit Santa gathers the family together for a heartwarming story time sharing timeless holiday tales before wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and heading back to the North Pole. (Santa "Jay" will be accompanied to all home visits by an "Elf" from his workshop.) Single Family Visit
Cancellation Policy
Refund policy: Should it become necessary for client to cancel this booking a cancellation fee will be charged: For cancellations more than 90 days before the event, a refund of the Retainer, less 25% of the total booking fee. For cancellations between 61 and 90 days before, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total booking fee. For cancellations between 14 and 60 days before, the cancellation fee will be 75% of the total booking fee. For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to event, the full amount of the booking fee is due. It is assumed that all events will be indoors, or that arrangements have been made if event is held outdoors, and therefore cancellations due to inclement weather are not accepted. Should any activities at the event venue, create a volatile, or harmful situation that may endanger the talent; or be of a nature unbecoming or negative to traditional Christmas/Holiday activities; or if there is any presence of illegal substances or activities; Edgehill Woodworks LLC and/or Talent has full rights to immediately terminate appearance and leave or remove his person from the venue. Furthermore, the client will still be liable for the full value of the contract.
